个人简介:
1995年毕业于北京师范大学数学系,主修计算机专业,获学士学位。2001年毕业于加州大学洛杉矶分校,获统计专业博士学位。2001年起在哈佛公共卫生学院及Dana-Farber癌症研究所的生物统计与计算生物学系从事博士后研究,2002年起任助理教授,2008年起任副教授。研究组开发的dChip软件和相关数据分析方法被广泛应用于基因表达和SNP生物芯片的数据分析和展示,主要文章被引用1800余次。在Nature、Nature Genetics、Blood、PNAS、BMC Genomics等刊物发表论文60余篇。目前做为PI由美国国家卫生院R01项目研究资助。
